Senior Business Consultant – DevOps, Atlassian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor for C-Level profiles (CIO, CTO, COO) in the development of their work platforms and software delivery.

• Define adoption and evolution roadmaps for Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, among others).

• Design and lead strategies for migration to Atlassian Cloud from Server/Data Center environments, minimizing operational impact.

• Recommend best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and agile culture, connecting technology with business impact.

• Facilitate analysis sessions with key teams to understand workflows and improvement points.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Atlassian consultants, DevOps, cloud, ITSM/agile).

• Plan projects, manage risks, and ensure the quality of deliverables.

• Manage international projects and technical communication with stakeholders in English.

• Drive business development: identifying opportunities, creating proposals, and participating in demos.

• Build strategic relationships with clients and technology partners.

• Prepare 3-year ROI and TCO analyses to support decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology consulting and at least 5 years within the Atlassian ecosystem.

• Experience leading medium to high complexity migration projects to Atlassian Cloud.

• Advanced knowledge of Atlassian tools and cloud environments.

• Experience in DevOps environments, CI/CD, and tool integration.

• Knowledge of ITSM, agile methodologies, and frameworks such as ITIL, SAFe, or PMI.

• Experience in international projects and leading workshops.

• High proficiency in English.
