Senior DevOps Engineer – CI/CD, Kubernetes Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical bridge between Cloud Operations and Engineering for the deployment and release infrastructure.

• Take full ownership of issue resolution from start to finish without relying on core engineering teams.

• Serve as the initial point of contact for intricate debugging situations involving Jenkins pipelines, GitHub Actions, and Terraform environments.

• Enhance and maintain deployment tools to guarantee high availability and smooth release cycles.

• Lead the investigation of failed upgrades and orders, pinpointing root causes in Jenkins, GitHub, and Terraform configurations.

• Leverage elevated system access to conduct in-depth debugging across Windows and Linux environments, as well as CI/CD, version control, and cloud orchestration tools.

• Identify recurring failure patterns in the new order and release process, document them, and propose permanent solutions to Engineering via JIRA.

⛳️ Requirements

• Around 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Tooling Engineering.

• In-depth knowledge of AKS, Kubernetes, and Argo CD.

• Advanced expertise in Terraform.

• Extensive experience with Jenkins pipelines and GitHub.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities in both Windows and Linux environments using CLI.

• Experience managing secrets and sensitive configurations within a high-access environment (Preferred).

• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or a similar scripting language (Preferred).

• CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) or HashiCorp Terraform Associate (Preferred).

• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack (Preferred).
