Senior DevOps Engineer – Azure, Databricks, AI/ML Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and enhance ML/AI pipelines for training, deployment, monitoring, and governance.

• Utilize Azure Databricks features, including MLFlow for tracking experiments and Unity Catalog for data governance.

• Develop and sustain CI/CD pipelines along with automated ModelOps workflows for AI/ML applications.

• Ensure that the data architecture accommodates schema evolution, governance, and compliance needs.

• Function within a cloud-native Azure environment to provide robust and scalable ML solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrable experience with Azure Databricks, particularly with MLFlow and Unity Catalog.

• Strong foundation in DevOps for ML/AI, encompassing CI/CD and pipeline automation.

• Comprehensive understanding of data architecture, schema evolution, and governance principles.

• Experience in working within Microsoft Azure or similar cloud environments.

• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

• Basic understanding of machine learning and generative AI concepts and workflows (Nice to Have).

• Solid knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) (Nice to Have).

• Experience in Python software development and scripting (Nice to Have).

• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn in a Databricks setting (Nice to Have).
