Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain our Database and Observability as a Service offerings

• Oversee containerized applications within Kubernetes, emphasizing security

• Implement GitOps methodologies utilizing Helm and Argo CD

• Create API services and tools in Go to deliver Software as a Service

• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline testing and deployment processes

• Architect and uphold scalable infrastructures employing IaC tools (Terraform) in cloud environments

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with Linux and Kubernetes in production settings, along with knowledge of GitOps tools

• Practical experience in Go development (experience with Python or Rust is advantageous)

• Familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu

• Understanding of CI systems, particularly GitLab CI

• Experience with monitoring solutions like Prometheus and the Grafana stack, as well as OS image creation (VMs, bare metal, or containers)

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, along with proficiency in German and/or English at a B2 level.
