Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead and uphold best practices for both development and production infrastructure.

• Ensure our platform and products are scalable, reliable, and secure.

• Develop robust automation processes.

• Contribute to enhancing data visibility and monitoring capabilities.

• Implement governance for AI and LLM initiatives.

• Formulate policies that apply across the company.

• Drive the adoption of new technologies and oversee proof of concept implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.

• Extensive experience with full CI/CD implementation utilizing GitHub Actions.

• Expertise in repository management, Docker file optimization, and caching strategies.

• Proven proficiency in using Terraform for managing complex environments.

• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure networking, including VPNs, private endpoints, peering, and DNS.

• Fundamental knowledge of Kubernetes and ArgoCD.

• Experience with DevSecOps is a plus.

• Ability to independently take a project from concept to completion with minimal oversight.

• Excellent teamwork skills; capable of collaborating effectively with Developers, QA, and Management.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
