Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate as a member of a global DevOps team to transition and enhance systems for Azure cloud and hybrid environments.

• Implement and oversee applications through CI/CD pipelines while automating infrastructure and support processes.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize 24x7 production environments, quickly acquiring knowledge of existing systems to ensure maximum availability.

• Introduce and apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies, partnering with developers and other technical teams to enhance observability, reliability, and efficiency.

• Engage in scheduled on-call support and troubleshooting, guaranteeing prompt incident response and system recovery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing CI/CD and version-control methodologies using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent tools.

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and/or CentOS, Azure or AWS Cloud, networking, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, PowerShell, Helm charts).

• Experience with at least one observability tool (preferably Datadog, Grafana, ELK stack, or Azure monitoring, etc.).

• Security-conscious individual with some exposure to security tools (OWASP, Sonarcloud, or similar).

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a robust sense of ownership and a quality-first approach.

• Effective communicator and collaborative team player, proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
