Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and execute cloud architecture solutions.

• Streamline and automate workflows utilizing developer tools.

• Create and sustain Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments.

• Enhance Docker images for optimal performance, security, and maintainability.

• Provision and oversee infrastructure using Terraform in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Assess and bolster the organization’s security posture by adhering to best practices.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, reliable, and secure systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer and prior experience as a Software Engineer.

• More than 2 years of experience in building and deploying cloud-based infrastructure (preferably GCP or AWS).

• At least 2 years of experience managing infrastructure in Kubernetes and working with containerization (e.g., Docker).

• Minimum of 2 years of programming experience in Go, Ruby, or Python.

• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and scalable infrastructure.

• Significant experience with configuration management tools (such as Terraform, Ansible, or other tools like Chef).

• A systems-oriented approach to observability, consistency, failure modes, and concrete implementations.

• A strong inclination towards collaborative work.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.

• Service-oriented and team-driven mindset.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
