Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in defining and enhancing the user experience for learners and professionals globally.

• Design, implement, and uphold scalable, secure, and reliable CI/CD pipelines.

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).

• Lead automation efforts across infrastructure and development workflows.

• Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to guarantee reliability and observability.

• Work together with Engineering, QA, and Security teams to provide high-performing, compliant solutions.

• Diagnose complex system issues in both staging and production environments.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the advancement of DevOps best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering position.

• Extensive knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Practical experience in writing, reading, and debugging code issues within a production environment.

• Direct experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).

• Proven ability to design and construct new systems and solutions from scratch.

• Proficient in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).

• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog).

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
