Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• In this position, you will report to the Head of DevOps and will primarily oversee CI/CD, infrastructure configurations, security, and the upkeep of systems, virtual machines, Kubernetes clusters, and cloud applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or in a comparable role;

• Proficient in system administration on Linux platforms (Debian/Alpine);

• Familiarity with container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes;

• Skills in CI/CD tools for delivery and deployment;

• A thorough understanding of web application architecture, including DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, and load balancing;

• Proficient with GitHub/GitLab and a solid grasp of Git core principles;

• Knowledge of GitOps concepts and associated tools (ArgoCD as the management tool, Helm + Kustomize + plain YAML manifests based on applications’ maturity);

• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform);

• Understanding of relational databases (MySQL and/or PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, along with their administration;

• Scripting skills in Bash;

• Expertise in server stack configuration and optimization (Nginx);

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities;

• Professional proficiency in English.
