Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure the systems maintain high availability and optimal performance in a public cloud setting.

• Design and construct intricate cloud architectures with an emphasis on security, compliance, and cost management.

• Automate the provisioning and management of infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.

• Spearhead the deployment of sophisticated observability and monitoring solutions.

• Serve as a technical mentor, fostering team development and advocating for best practices.

• Streamline operational costs associated with infrastructure and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

• Engage in chaos engineering efforts to enhance system resilience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Demonstrated experience in automation using Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Extensive knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Datadog.

• Skill in designing secure and scalable cloud architectures, including isolated VPCs and multi-account configurations.

• Familiarity with Service Mesh technologies (Istio or Linkerd).

• Proficiency in administering Linux systems in critical scenarios.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps methodologies.

• Strong understanding of networking and cloud security principles.
