Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and enhance cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD platforms that support customer-facing digital products.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure our cloud environments are scalable, secure, observable, and dependable.

• Lead technical projects from the design phase through implementation and operational support.

• Advocate for DevOps best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Implement and refine monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.

• Identify opportunities to minimize manual efforts through intelligent automation and platform enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and artifact management tools (GitHub, GitLab, Harness, Artifactory, CodePipeline).

• Over 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Systems Engineering roles.

• Proficiency in AWS services and Linux-based environments.

• Competence in Python or similar scripting languages.

• Advanced English communication skills.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).

• Familiarity with distributed systems, system architecture, and networking fundamentals.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
