Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist and provide guidance to clients on all technical aspects concerning infrastructure architecture, operations, and integration.

• Offer well-founded advice regarding design and architectural choices.

• Construct and integrate platforms, pipelines, and various components.

• Communicate and instruct best practices in a clear and educational manner.

• Perform troubleshooting and debugging tasks.

• Compile documentation, manage Git repositories, and gather other resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Confident presence and strong expertise in cloud and container technologies.

• Empirical, agile mindset.

• Essential: Kubernetes expertise at a minimum of CKA/CKS level.

• Alternatively: Experience with OCP/OpenShift, holding certifications above EX180.

• Linux knowledge at least at LPIC-1 level (preferably LPI-304/-305 or “DevOps Tools Engineer”) or alternatively RHCE.

• Foundational knowledge of Terraform and Ansible.

• Project experience and advanced understanding in at least one of the following cloud platforms: AWS, GKE, Microsoft Azure, OSP/OpenStack.

• Proficiency in German and English at a business level (C1/C2), both spoken and written.

• Consultant mindset and skill set.

• Project experience in an agile setting or with Scrum.

• Familiarity with Kanban methodologies.
