This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Your Mission: Strengthen the team's ability to deliver assigned stories by the end of each sprint.
• Cultivate Camaraderie: Ensure that Core Values are actively practiced within the project team.
• Deliver Value: Create features that require innovative technical designs, while mentoring junior developers through both informal collaboration and structured code reviews.
• Increase Velocity: Boost the team's effectiveness by documenting plans for anticipated risks and blockers, promoting best practices, and mentoring peers as well as junior team members.
• Guide Development: Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) during the sprint, ensuring the successful delivery of sprint commitments by managing pipelines, environments, and overseeing key deliverables.
• Demonstrate Expertise: Showcase technical knowledge and sprint accomplishments, such as completed API methods and automated deployment processes, during sprint review meetings.
• Expand Frameworks: Exhibit proficiency in at least two of the following areas: creating engaging user interfaces, building data-driven REST APIs, or managing databases/cloud/servers.
• Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise in the following areas:
• In-depth knowledge of Azure DevOps, including custom ADO project configuration, release pipeline management, and CI/CD process design.
• Strong Azure cloud architecture capabilities, deploying WebApps, Functions, VMs, and Scale-Sets using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Bicep/ARM templates.
• Proficient in monitoring and observability through Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics to ensure operational reliability.
• Skilled in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python), Git version control, and containerization with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Solid background in the Microsoft stack (.NET, ASP.NET, C#, MSSQL) with experience in microservices and inter-service communication.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous code quality tools such as SonarQube.
• Practical Experience: 5-8 years of professional experience in relevant technologies and projects, consistently adhering to best practices and managing DevOps pipelines.
• Client Leadership: Proven experience presenting to client stakeholders and conveying both technical and business value.
• Outcome Orientation: Capable of understanding and articulating the business outcomes influenced by your development projects.
• Mentorship Experience: Demonstrated ability in coaching and mentoring through informal collaborations and structured code reviews.
• Relevant Education: This may include intensive training programs, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
