Senior DevOps Engineer

📋 Description

• We are seeking a Senior DevOps professional to engage in a strategic project within the banking sector, involving a complex and highly critical application that demands high availability, low latency, and a robust, reliable continuous delivery pipeline.

• You will play a key role in advancing our CI/CD practices and cloud infrastructure management, collaborating directly with Architecture and development teams to enhance automation, reliability, and delivery speed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Utilize your technical expertise to improve CI/CD strategies and infrastructure management for a highly complex application.

• Collaborate with the Architect and team to prioritize enhancements that directly impact:

• - the agility of continuous deliveries;

• - the reliability of processes and infrastructure.

• Act as a continuous improvement agent by proposing and implementing best practices, automations, and engineering standards.

• Take technical responsibility for the evolution of the CI/CD process, critically analyzing the current state and suggesting improvements aligned with industry best practices.

• Manage cloud infrastructure resources, ensuring observability, security, scalability, and cost optimization.

• Maximize process automation to reduce downtime and improve incident recovery time (MTTR).

• Support the team in investigating infrastructure, performance, and stability issues.

• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerts, and observability dashboards to ensure high availability of the environment.
