Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design, manage, and enhance production-grade Kubernetes clusters with an emphasis on high availability, scalability, networking, and security.

• Lead incident response efforts and troubleshoot across distributed systems, performing comprehensive postmortems to drive ongoing improvements.

• Develop and sustain resilient CI/CD and release pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.

• Oversee Infrastructure as Code and environments through Terraform, Terragrunt, and Helm.

• Execute GitOps-based deployments with Argo CD for seamless and automated release processes.

• Promote observability and alerting strategies with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki/ELK to maintain system health.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive production experience with Google Cloud Platform, including Compute Engine, GKE, networking, IAM, DNS, and cost optimization.

• Profound hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, networking, ingress, storage, autoscaling, and upgrades.

• Established expertise with Terraform, Terragrunt, and Helm in production settings.

• Strong skills in CI/CD and GitOps, particularly with Argo CD.

• Solid understanding of Linux, networking, and troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, DNS, and TLS.

• Experience with on-call rotations and incident management utilizing tools like PagerDuty.
