Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with the infrastructure that underpins our distributed and highly scalable services, available in both SaaS and on-premises formats.

• Collect requirements from clients and modify manifests and software to accommodate new environments.

• Utilize and enhance monitoring tools to track platform health, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with the product team to evaluate new features and prepare new on-premises releases.

• Automate and refine the release pipeline to ensure it operates as smoothly as possible.

• Maintain a continuous interest in emerging technologies that may help address our challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or in a comparable role.

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work closely with customers to comprehend and meet their infrastructure requirements.

• Proficient and experienced in Kubernetes.

• A proactive individual with the capability to excel in a fast-paced setting.

• Experience with various cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and knowledge of how to tailor cloud-native architectures for on-premises setups.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting.
