• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• Proven ability to take charge of cross-functional infrastructure initiatives, driving complex projects from conception to delivery while collaborating with multiple teams.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing, building, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines from start to finish (using GitHub Actions or similar tools).
• Strong practical experience in creating robust automation pipelines and modernizing local development environments.
• Proficient with Infrastructure as Code (not limited to Terraform) and container orchestration (not limited to Kubernetes) (Nice to have).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a user-focused mindset where your users are your fellow engineers.
• A polyglot approach and a strong sense of curiosity: You enjoy exploring various codebases and stacks (Python, TypeScript, PHP, etc.) and are eager to discover new tools to tackle delivery engineering challenges.
• Fluent in French (primary working language).
• Good proficiency in English for documentation, inter-team communication, technical reading, writing, and presentations.
