Senior DevOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design and implement infrastructure-as-code utilizing Terraform for Azure services such as AKS, Blob Storage, and App Services.

• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines along with mobile/web build pipelines.

• Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize Kubernetes and Docker-based workloads that are running on AKS.

• Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and External ID flows using Microsoft Entra.

• Create reusable templates, Terraform modules, and pipeline templates to facilitate developer self-service.

• Collaborate directly with technical leads to outline platform direction and deployment patterns.

• Mentor engineers on best practices for deployment, observability, and platform usage.

• Take ownership of platform-level decisions and enhancements, focusing on strategic initiatives rather than ticket-level tasks.

• Produce clear, asynchronous-friendly documentation and communicate effectively in AI-augmented workflows.

• Manage and support PostgreSQL-related deployment and operational issues as they pertain to platform infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering roles.

• Extensive experience with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and operating infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, including AKS, Blob Storage, and App Services.

• Practical experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments.

• Proven track record of owning and operating CI/CD pipelines and build systems for web and mobile applications.

• Experience in implementing SSO/External ID using Microsoft Entra.

• Experience in supporting PostgreSQL deployments and their operational integration with platform infrastructure.

• Exceptional written communication skills suited for async-first, AI-augmented workflows.

• A history of mentoring engineers and collaborating with architects and technical leads.

• Familiarity with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools.
