Senior DevOps Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish integration architectures with the new banking core (APIs, events, etc.)

• Develop and enhance DevOps and GitOps architectures

• Set automation standards utilizing the Ansible Automation Platform

• Assist in creating a delivery platform (CI/CD + IaC + GitOps)

• Engage in defining cloud architecture (OCI preferred, with GCP as an additional option)

• Formulate standards and best practices for: Infrastructure provisioning (IaC)

• Application deployment (pipelines and GitOps)

• Integration across systems

• Aid in the standardization and governance of OpenShift/Kubernetes usage

• Enable knowledge transfer to the GSIST and GPROD teams

• Produce documentation, playbooks, and reusable technical guides

• Serve as a cross-functional technical reference among teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in IT

• Demonstrated experience as an architect or technical lead

• Solid understanding of distributed systems architecture

• Integration through APIs (REST, events, messaging)

• Familiarity with DevOps and GitOps methodologies

• Knowledge of CI/CD (GitLab, ArgoCD, etc.)

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu)

• Proficiency in automation using Ansible

• Experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift

• Cloud experience: OCI (strong advantage)

• GCP or other cloud providers experience

• Competence with version control and Git/GitLab workflows.
