Senior Développeur, C#/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver robust full-stack features that meet quality, performance, and UX standards from the initial milestones of the new web application.

• Shape the technical choices of the team (libraries, patterns, testing strategy) to ensure that each decision accelerates future deliveries rather than hindering them.

• Translate user needs into delivered experiences that solve real problems, in close partnership with Product and Design.

• Integrate Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) reliably and securely to support migration and authentication scenarios that function smoothly in production.

• Anticipate technical risks before they block the team and provide concrete solutions that maintain the delivery pace.

• Elevate the technical level of the team through code reviews and mentoring that help others grow, rather than just validating code.

• Master AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude and GitHub Copilot) to achieve a level of quality and output that a solo developer could not reach otherwise.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 15 years of software development experience, ideally in a product-oriented environment;

• Proficiency in frontend development with React (TypeScript);

• Strong backend development experience with C# / .NET;

• Proven ability to exercise strong technical judgment in a product context;

• Experience collaborating with product and design teams to deliver quality user experiences;

• Experience using AI tools daily in software development;

• Clear and direct communication, with the ability to constructively challenge product decisions;

• Experience with Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) (a plus).
