Senior Development Analyst, Go (Golang)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance features within Go services that operate in a card payments gateway;

• Integrate and improve connections with acquirers (such as CIELO, REDE, GETNET, among others), ensuring transaction resilience and reliability;

• Create and sustain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket, contributing to the quality and speed of deliveries;

• Provision and advance cloud infrastructure on AWS utilizing Terraform (Infrastructure as Code);

• Collaborate on the anti-fraud solution linked to the gateway, engaging in the analysis and mitigation of transaction risks prior to sending them to the acquirer;

• Foster the team's technical development by sharing insights and participating in architectural decisions;

• Ensure the continuous health and availability of essential systems 24/7, proactively identifying and resolving issues;

• Utilize AI tools (such as Claude Code) in daily development tasks — including code generation, task automation, and agent construction — seamlessly integrating them into the team's workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Go (Golang) development — candidates with strong contextual fit in Java will also be considered;

• Demonstrated experience with critical, high-availability systems operating 24/7;

• Understanding of concurrency patterns in Go (including goroutines and channels);

• Familiarity with AWS services (such as EC2, Lambda, SQS, S3 or similar);

• Knowledge of Terraform and practices related to infrastructure-as-code (IaC);

• Experience with CI/CD and automated delivery pipelines (Bitbucket or similar);

• Understanding of microservices architectures;

• Proficiency in MongoDB and query construction;

• Adherence to development best practices: test-driven development (TDD), clean code, and version control using Git;

• Experience working within an agile development framework;

• Familiarity with AI tools applied to development, including code generation, automation through agents, and the creation of AI-driven skills/workflows.
