Senior Developer – Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop, test, and implement features for our SaaS web applications.

• Review, assess, and enhance current codebases.

• Ensure the quality, scalability, and maintainability of the code.

• Identify and rectify vulnerabilities, inefficiencies, and suboptimal architecture.

• Establish and uphold best practices and standards in development.

• Design systems and features with a focus on long-term scalability.

• Make informed decisions regarding frameworks, tools, and structure.

• Assess AI-generated code for precision and quality prior to implementation.

• Enhance performance and reliability of systems.

• Take ownership of development timelines and deliverables.

• Decompose projects into clear tasks and milestones.

• Collaborate with internal team members, including marketing, operations, and leadership.

• Ensure proactive project progression without the need for constant oversight.

• Utilize tools like Claude and Abacus to expedite development when suitable.

• Prompt effectively and refine outputs as necessary.

• Validate and enhance AI-generated code rather than trust it blindly.

• Manage code utilizing GitHub workflows.

• Deploy and maintain applications through Vercel or comparable platforms.

• Manage integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.

• Troubleshoot bugs, outages, and performance challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical development experience.

• Demonstrated capability to work within and enhance existing codebases.

• Experience in building and maintaining web applications or SaaS products.

• Strong understanding of:

• ○ Frontend and/or full-stack development.

• ○ APIs and integrations.

• ○ GitHub workflows.

• ○ Deployment platforms, preferably Vercel.

• Experience in reviewing code for quality, security, and scalability.
