Senior Developer Relations Manager – EMEA AI Natives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted technical consultant, problem solver, and advocate for the developer ecosystem in EMEA AI Natives, collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance the adoption of NVIDIA technologies.

• Expedite essential workloads by showcasing innovative solutions that incorporate the core NVIDIA stack into developer products, platforms, and workflows.

• Provide guidance on technical enablement resources, including sample code, documentation, demonstration pipelines, and tools that showcase the application of technologies in addressing real-world challenges for EMEA AI Natives.

• Assist partners and startups through the onboarding process and integration with NVIDIA’s programs, promoting co-innovation and the creation of next-generation solutions.

• Map, track, and assess the developer ecosystem to pinpoint growth opportunities, inform technology roadmaps, and influence adoption strategies.

• Work collaboratively with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing teams to enhance developer engagement and refine partner adoption strategies.

• Interact with partner engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to identify objectives, resolve technical issues, and advocate best practices for successful integrations.

• Represent and advocate for partner technical requirements and feedback to NVIDIA’s internal product and engineering teams, providing actionable insights from field deployments to shape product roadmaps.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

• At least 8-10+ years of overall professional experience in the technology sector, including software engineering, developer relations, and technical partnerships, with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in your designated ecosystem (e.g., Telco, MarTech, etc.).

• Demonstrated experience in leading, partnering, and expanding developer programs at major technology firms, EMEA AI Natives, ISVs, or within relevant sectors.

• Strong technical expertise in guiding EMEA AI Natives in high-performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, and/or vertical-specific frameworks and libraries.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences, from engineers to executives.

• Experience in leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, encompassing architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and the delivery of technical presentations or workshops.

• Proven track record in structuring and executing complex technical engagements, negotiating requirements, prioritizing issues, and collaborating with internal or external stakeholders (across sales, legal, product, or marketing teams as necessary).
