This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as a reliable technical advisor and champion for the developer ecosystem in computer-aided drug discovery, promoting the use of NVIDIA technologies with various cross-functional partners.
• Enhance critical workloads by providing innovative solutions that incorporate the NVIDIA stack into developer products, platforms, and workflows.
• Work alongside software partners to optimize applications, co-create roadmaps, and offer enablement resources such as sample code, guides, and demonstration pipelines.
• Serve as a strategic liaison in partnerships, fortifying collaborations, establishing objectives, and directing execution toward common scientific and technical results.
• Assist in onboarding partners and startups into NVIDIA programs, fostering co-innovation and the development of next-generation solutions.
• Monitor and assess the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, provide roadmap guidance, and devise adoption strategies.
• Collaborate across functions with engineering, product, solutions architecture, and marketing to enhance developer engagement and partner success.
• Interact with technical stakeholders to address challenges, advocate for best practices, and communicate partner feedback to shape NVIDIA's product and engineering roadmaps.
• A Master’s or Ph.D. degree in computational chemistry, computational biology, computer science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• At least 8–10 years of professional experience in the drug discovery or technology industries, covering developer relations, technical partnerships, and alliance management.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct, hands-on experience in managing scientific alliances and collaborative programs in drug discovery, including computer-aided drug discovery, informatics, agentic agents, and other digital research workflows.
• Demonstrated experience in leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at significant technology companies, life science data platform ISVs, or within relevant sectors.
• Strong expertise in drug discovery programs and platforms, high-performance computing, cloud computing, AI/ML, and/or domain-specific frameworks and libraries.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capacity to simplify complex technical concepts for a variety of audiences, from engineers to executives.
• Experience in leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivering technical presentations or workshops.
• Proven ability to structure and execute complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external partners across sales, legal, product, or marketing teams as necessary.
