This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create responsive web applications utilizing ReactJS.
• Partner with UI/UX designers to execute functional user interfaces.
• Develop reusable components and front-end libraries.
• Enhance applications for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness in cloud settings.
• Adhere to security and compliance best practices throughout the development process.
• Offer technical guidance, mentorship, and conduct code reviews for junior developers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Design dynamic forms that provide an intuitive user experience and effective design.
• Create cards and implement drag-and-drop features.
• Construct component-based React architecture, event-driven architecture, and microservice frameworks.
• Lead user testing and analysis sessions.
• Uphold design standards.
• Collaborate with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Utilize modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Manage version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Engage in an Agile development environment utilizing DevSecOps principles and tools.
• Investigate advanced technologies to identify how IT can fulfill business needs.
• Build and migrate software and IT services aligned with strategic business goals.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and formulate recommendations for enhancements.
• Generate process documentation and deliver quality outputs.
• Organize meetings and support project lifecycle activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Computer Engineering, UI/UX Design, or a related computer-based field.
• Over 10 years of experience in developing IT solutions and cloud infrastructures.
• Minimum of 7 years in UX Design, including UX Design Thinking and Principles.
• At least 7 years of expertise in ReactJS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Proficiency in CSS, Tailwind, and associated technologies.
• Extensive experience in creating cards and implementing drag-and-drop functionality.
• Proven background in developing dynamic forms that ensure an intuitive user experience and efficient design.
• Experience with component-based React architecture, event-driven architecture, and microservice frameworks.
• Proficiency with UX frameworks and templates.
• Capability to lead user testing and analysis sessions.
• Strong foundation in maintaining design standards.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Familiar with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Proficient in version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in Agile development using DevSecOps principles and tools.
• Background in software engineering and design architectures.
• Knowledge of system security measures and best practices.
• Experience in researching advanced technologies and aligning IT solutions with business objectives.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proven success in delivering scalable and reliable software solutions.
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design proficiency and relevant projects.

• Strong project management, leadership, and meeting facilitation capabilities.
• Understanding of the project lifecycle.
