Senior Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with seasoned software engineers and technical experts.

• Create, develop, and sustain the software solutions provided by HealthStream.

• Partner with Quality Assurance to establish appropriate use cases and test case development.

• Offer guidance and oversight to contractors and other technical personnel.

• Communicate technical details of projects to non-technical team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any discipline), or a closely related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the role offered or as a Developer, Consultant, Software Engineer, or in a similar position.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly to team members.

• Ability to learn through self-directed coursework as well as mentorship from peers and senior staff.
