Senior Developer, Application Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Deliver responsive technical support and document configurations to facilitate processes.

• Operate autonomously to comprehend and document business requirements.

• Collaborate with other functional teams to ensure the effective operation of application development.

• Assist in change control and testing procedures for updates to application systems.

• Investigate and propose innovative solutions, and where feasible, automated methods to address business needs.

• Identify strategies that optimize our resources and create economies of scale.

• Create and maintain documentation for custom processes.

• Provide administrative backup support to fellow ASA team members.

• Offer after-hours assistance.

• Develop solutions within Microsoft SaaS platforms such as Teams, SharePoint, and CoPilot.

• Engage in development on the Microsoft Power Platform, possessing hands-on experience in RPA development, particularly in complex bot development and automating revenue-related workflows is preferred.

• Participate in development within Atlassian SaaS platforms.

• Contribute to development efforts within Oracle Fusion, ORMB, and OIC ERP platforms.

• Involved in development within the Dynamics (D365) CRM Platform.

• Administer development within data movement tools like SmartConnect.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience is required.

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience is preferred.

• Proficient in programming languages and environments utilizing structured techniques; familiarity with system analysis and design principles.

• Advanced expertise in developing reusable web and database code components using C#, ASP.NET, XML, and/or SQL, along with integrating third-party applications, code, and APIs.

• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting enterprise applications.

• Demonstrated coaching and mentoring abilities.

• Solid technical knowledge of Windows Operating systems.

• Understanding of Microsoft/Oracle database concepts.

• Familiarity with process automation techniques.

• Knowledge of Agile Project Methodology.

• Experience in documenting and maintaining configuration and process data.

• Awareness of relevant data privacy practices and regulations, including SSAE16, HIPAA, and URAC.

• Actively participate in and support compliance program objectives.
