Senior Developer Analyst – OIC/OFS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Become a member of the Application Support and Enhancement team

• Operate in a high-stakes environment characterized by a significant volume of operations and integrations

• Investigate and resolve incidents effectively

• Determine underlying causes of issues

• Execute fixes, enhancements, and improvements to existing solutions

• Design, maintain, and enhance integrations and plugins for Oracle Field Service

• Create and utilize REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services

• Evaluate end-to-end workflows across various systems

• Review logs and carry out troubleshooting and debugging tasks

• Oversee applications and integrations

• Implement application development practices, version control, and deployment strategies

• Engage in War Rooms for diagnosing and resolving critical incidents

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline

• Proven experience with Oracle Field Service (OFS)

• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

• Background in developing, maintaining, and enhancing plugins for Oracle Field Service

• Proficient in Python

• Experience in developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services

• Knowledgeable in JSON, XML, SQL, and Oracle databases

• Experience with system integrations and comprehensive workflow analysis

• Skilled in analyzing logs, troubleshooting, debugging, and overseeing applications and integrations

• Understanding of application development, version control, and deployment methodologies

• Background in supporting critical systems

• Experience dealing with critical incidents in high-availability environments

• Capability to actively engage in War Rooms for incident diagnosis and resolution
