This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead the visual creation of campaigns and execute the ongoing production of graphic and digital materials for the company.
• Ensure consistency, aesthetic quality, and alignment with the brand identity.
• Develop visual concepts, create Key Visuals (KV), and adaptations for campaigns, events, and social media.
• Create conceptual Visual Identities and Key Visuals (KV) for campaigns, events, and specific projects.
• Develop and apply adaptations of the KV in graphic and digital pieces, adhering to established templates and brand guidelines.
• Create and layout strategic content focused on branding, positioning, and engagement across the company's social media platforms.
• Ensure the delivery of approximately 40 pieces monthly with technical quality, visual consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align on briefings, timelines, and priorities.
• Contribute visual suggestions and creative solutions for campaigns and initiatives within the department.
• MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Solid experience as a Senior Graphic Designer and/or Digital Designer.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Proven experience in creating Key Visuals (KV).
• Experience in campaign adaptations and consistent application of visual identity.
• Ability to work with existing style guides, templates, and brand manuals.
• An updated portfolio showcasing relevant projects in branding, campaigns, and digital pieces.
• DESIRABLE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Experience with video editing for social media using Adobe Premiere or similar tools.
• Knowledge in Motion Design.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects for creating animations, animated posts, and intros.
• Background in branding and institutional communication projects.
• Experience in content production for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital channels.
