This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and create a diverse array of corporate communication materials, including all-hands and town hall presentations, email and newsletter templates, digital signage, intranet visuals, print collateral, sustainability reports, annual reports, quarterly board presentations, and investor day resources.
• Actively engage in refining the internal design system, enhancing templates and component libraries to promote design consistency, quality, and efficiency throughout the organization.
• Convert intricate, high-level corporate briefs into clear, detailed, and visually engaging narratives, managing multiple high-priority projects concurrently.
• Collaborate with the Video & Motion Graphics team by providing briefs and creative direction to ensure visual consistency across any video or animated content.
• Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship in typography, layout, data visualization, and visual hierarchy, especially for high-profile, executive-level materials.
• Serve as a trusted and responsive creative partner to teams within our corporate communications department.
• Work directly with stakeholders to clarify ambiguous requirements, ask insightful questions, propose sustainable design solutions, and deliver outcomes that meet both creative and strategic objectives.
• Oversee your daily project queues and priorities in alignment with broad goals, requiring minimal daily direction while proactively communicating timelines and identifying risks.
• Lead and participate in creative team reviews, offering thoughtful, constructive feedback to enhance the team's overall output.
• Independently recognize and implement enhancements to shared templates, creative systems, and team workflows. Stay updated on design trends and tools, fostering a continuous improvement mindset in your work.
• Embrace AI-enhanced methodologies to transform our creative processes: utilizing generative tools to expedite high-quality asset creation, automating repetitive design and writing tasks, and applying performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions for maximum revenue impact.
• 6+ years of professional design experience, with a portfolio showcasing strong craftsmanship across various formats, ideally including presentations, editorial or report design, and corporate communications.
• An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and expertise.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Proficiency in Figma (including experience with component libraries) and the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Demonstrated ability to work within and contribute to brand or design systems, utilizing and enhancing existing templates and component libraries.
• Experience in producing high-stakes or executive-level design materials, such as board or investor presentations, annual reports, or formal corporate publications.
• Capable of managing a busy and varied workload along with competing priorities with a high level of independence.
• Background or strong interest in data visualization, infographics, or financial storytelling.
• Familiarity with internal or corporate communications platforms (e.g., Staffbase, Simpplr, Confluence, or similar).
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting with distributed teams.
• Open to feedback, able to iterate rapidly, and genuinely committed to the quality and accuracy of your work.
