This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the annual and quarterly advertising and media strategy that aligns with brand and business goals.
• Create integrated, multi-channel media plans focused on key formulas and campaigns (such as digital, social, search, print, programmatic, and events/sponsorships).
• Collaborate with Insights/Analytics to establish KPIs, measurement strategies, and optimization plans; convert results into actionable insights for advertising and media strategy.
• Manage the advertising and media budget, including annual planning, forecasting, allocation, pacing, and reconciliation.
• Develop business cases for additional expenditures and reallocation decisions, while monitoring ROI and performance against the plan.
• Oversee the creative execution of digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, display/programmatic, CRM/email, and website/landing-page experiences.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• An MBA or an advanced degree is a plus.
• Over 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field (experience in advertising, media planning/buying, or integrated marketing within a brand or agency setting is preferred).
• Familiarity with the equine industry and nutritional products is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of key platforms and tools (such as Google/Meta/LinkedIn, DSPs, GA4, ad servers, social listening, and DAM tools).
• Experience with media mix modeling, incrementality testing, or advanced measurement techniques.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
• A strategic thinker with a growth mindset and a keen interest in animal health and nutrition.
