Senior Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee scalable, modular design systems and master templates.

• Evaluate creative workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies.

• Apply file automation and advanced toolsets to enhance departmental productivity.

• Facilitate design reviews with senior stakeholders.

• Build agreement on systematic design methods and project viability.

• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal discovery and external vendor production.

• Ensure that deliverables adhere to stringent technical and systemic standards.

• Establish and uphold departmental visual hierarchy standards through peer evaluations and technical assessments.

• Guide junior and mid-level designers in design craft, technical execution, and system-level thinking.

• Offer practical assistance to address complex conceptual challenges.

• Analyze business challenges and propose best practices that enhance operational scalability.

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory).

• At least 5 years of experience in professional design or creative services.

• In-depth expertise in modular design and scalable systems.

• Advanced analytical skills for resolving systemic production challenges.

• Negotiation abilities to persuade others to embrace alternative technical perspectives.

• High-level proficiency in emerging design technologies and workflow automation.

• Capability to lead large-scale technical initiatives.
