Senior Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute and oversee original, compelling, conceptual, and visually striking design projects.

• Lead initiatives with an emphasis on storytelling through motion graphics.

• Collaborate with Creative Directors and Design Directors.

• Foster and enhance internal awareness of current design trends and industry standards.

• Cultivate a positive and inspiring creative culture.

• Exhibit the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Serve as a role model for junior design staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of innovative digital creative experience.

• Background in a dynamic agency setting.

• Proficient in conveying brand stories through storyboards and styleframes.

• Experience in crafting unique concepts for motion design.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Strong skills in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Regular user of AI image generation tools.

• Eagerness to mentor and share expertise with junior team members.
