This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the standard for the application of Gravity Sketch within automotive design processes, remaining at the cutting edge of advancements in 3D, VR, and AI to provide innovative, client-centered solutions and workflows. You should be motivated by exploring new working methods and dissatisfied with conventional approaches.

• Create and disseminate best practices, reusable frameworks, and novel workflow strategies to foster scalable success within the team.

• Shape the delivery approach of the broader Design Consulting team through your expertise and contributions.

• Lead intricate onboarding initiatives, advanced workshops, and interdisciplinary training sessions that deliver tangible value to the client.

• Collaborate with design, engineering, and leadership teams to integrate new methodologies into practice.

• Customize your delivery for diverse audiences, ranging from hands-on designers to executive stakeholders.

• Work closely with the Customer Success manager to synchronize account strategies and implementation plans.

• Partner with Sales on late-stage opportunities and strategic presentations.

• Offer structured feedback to Product based on real-world customer workflows and challenges.

• Enhance user engagement by planning and executing demos, training sessions, pilots, and project support for various audiences.

• Take responsibility for producing scalable training materials that motivate diverse cross-functional users across design, engineering, CMF, and other business areas to integrate the tool into their workflows.

• As the leader, collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to coordinate strategic rollouts and share ownership of quarterly planning across the account with leadership.

• Define and meticulously monitor success metrics across engagements, crafting compelling narratives around adoption, workflow transformation, and ROI, and effectively communicating these outcomes both internally and externally.

• Oversee and allocate the resources necessary to support our customers based on their journey stage.


⛳️ Requirements

• Located on the East Coast of the USA, with a willingness to travel quarterly at the manager's discretion for onsite delivery.

• Over 5 years of experience working with software in automotive design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Gravity Sketch, and other 3D, AI, and CAD Programs (e.g., Rhino, Alias, Catia, Modo, KeyShot, Blender; not all are required).

• Advanced understanding of utilizing Gravity Sketch in the automotive design workflow. Familiarity with the design process in industrial design or engineering is an advantage.

• Strong grasp of automotive design workflows (concept → Class-A surfacing → visualization).

• Organizational skills: Exceptional structure and organization, with a keen attention to detail and strong collaboration abilities are essential.

• Highly self-directed; capable of operating independently and leading engagements with minimal supervision.

• Strong organizational capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple high-impact projects.

• Comfort working in a hybrid, globally distributed team environment.

• Passion and curiosity: Enthusiastic interest in VR, design, and understanding the production of various products; an inquisitive nature that enjoys delving deep to understand and resolve issues.

• Grit: A positive mindset, excellent teamwork abilities, and a drive for success; willing to get hands-on and assist wherever necessary.

• People-oriented: Outstanding communicator—both written and verbal in English; excellent listening and relationship-building skills; ability to adapt communication styles to different personality types.
