Senior Designer – Radiance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of design across various platforms including brand, web, presentations, social media, and paid advertising.

• Develop and sustain scalable branding systems, style guides, and component libraries using Figma.

• Convert creative direction and strategy into polished, production-ready materials.

• Assist in web design through wireframes and layouts (Webflow experience is advantageous but not mandatory).

• Produce internal Radiance marketing materials such as case studies, presentations, and visual stories.

• Maintain consistency, quality, and organization of assets within The Source®.

• Engage in critiques, concept development, and team reviews.

• Strike a balance between speed and craftsmanship—delivering high-quality work without excessive refinement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional design experience, whether in an agency, in-house, or freelance setting.

• Proficient in Figma, including components, responsive systems, and prototyping.

• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and digital-first design principles.

• Capability to transform brand strategy into clean and engaging visual systems.

• Highly organized, driven by deadlines, and proactive in approach.

• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating across different teams.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows (such as Midjourney or similar tools).
