Senior Design Ops – Tools & AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Integration of AI in Design: Proactively identify, test, and validate innovative tools centered around artificial intelligence.

• Development of AI Skills and Automations: Create scripts, automated processes, and "skills" that utilize AI to reduce manual tasks and speed up deliveries.

• Enablement: Serve as an advocate and educator for emerging technologies, documenting procedures and assisting the design team in maximizing the use of adopted AI tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in DesignOps teams and tool governance.

• Practical experience with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and n8n.

• Background in creating plugins for Figma (integrating AI into workflows).

• Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively at the intersection of Design, Product, Engineering, and Information Security.
