This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and implement the Marketing AI enablement strategy, encompassing intake, prioritization assistance, office hours, documentation, training, and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Assist teams in pinpointing the most valuable AI use cases, transforming them into concise briefs, success metrics, and pathways for implementation.
• Collaborate with all Marketing divisions, along with Analytics, Legal, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to minimize duplication, alleviate friction, and maintain momentum in AI initiatives.
• Establish and oversee a centralized overview of Marketing AI projects, detailing tools, pilots, stakeholders, progress, and business impact.
• Craft streamlined governance and operational norms that empower teams to act swiftly while ensuring alignment on privacy, compliance, brand standards, and data utilization.
• Spearhead educational initiatives throughout the organization, including training sessions, Lunch & Learns, playbooks, and reusable templates.
• Assist teams in transforming pilot projects into scalable workflows, replicable systems, and sustainable documentation.
• Highlight insights, adoption trends, and case studies demonstrating how AI is saving time, enhancing quality, or accelerating launch timelines.
• Recognize overlaps across workstreams and suggest when tasks should be centralized, standardized, or made self-service.
• Foster the development of an AI-savvy Marketing organization that can embrace new tools with clarity and consistency.
• Over 5 years of experience in enablement, learning & development, marketing operations, program management, business operations, AI adoption, or a related area.
• Proven experience working across various marketing functions and translating business requirements into organized plans and workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for crafting clear documentation tailored to diverse audiences.
• Comfortable driving ambiguous, cross-functional projects from conception to execution.
• Strong organizational skills coupled with a proactive approach.
• Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation, or MarTech platforms (direct experience in building is an advantage).
• Capable of simplifying complexity, fostering alignment, and accelerating team progress without introducing unnecessary processes.
• A collaborative approach with a keen sense of partnership, enablement, and follow-through.
• An inquisitive mindset regarding how AI can enhance marketing productivity, quality, and speed.
• Experience in developing or supporting training programs, workshops, playbooks, or learning experiences is a plus.
