Contract Manager – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Review and enhance AI-generated outputs related to areas such as contract drafting, negotiation strategies, risk management, compliance, and the contract lifecycle.

• Assess AI responses for legal accuracy, commercial rationale, and real-world relevance.

• Develop realistic contract management scenarios and case studies based on your personal experience.

• Generate scenario variations from different stakeholder viewpoints (e.g., contract manager, legal adviser, business executive, external partner).

• Detect gaps, inconsistencies, or flawed reasoning in AI-generated content related to contract management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A senior contract manager, legal operations expert, agreements consultant, or a comparable professional role.

• Located in and authorized to work within the EU or UK.

• Multiple years of practical experience in contract management or legal operations within complex or high-volume settings.

• Proficient in evaluating contract logic, soundness, and practical execution.

• Capable of providing clear, structured feedback and working autonomously.

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with immediate availability.
