Biology Expert – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop sophisticated biology problems that push the limits of advanced AI systems

• Design deterministic tasks that yield a single correct answer

• Provide complete and verified solutions

• Create problems that incorporate experimental reasoning, biological systems, computational analysis, or bioinformatics workflows

• Utilize Python and, when applicable, specialized biology or bioinformatics tools

• Maintain high standards of rigor, reproducibility, and technical clarity

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Biology or a related life sciences discipline

• Experience in research or industry related to computational or quantitative biological analysis

• Proficient in Python; familiarity with data analysis or bioinformatics workflows is preferred

• Strong reasoning skills and ease with complex, multi-step scientific problem solving

• Capability to formulate original and challenging problems based on real biological practices

• Excellent written English and meticulous attention to detail

• Preferred: Experience with bioinformatics toolkits, genomics workflows, structural biology tools, or computational biology techniques

• Background in designing technical assessments or scientific challenge problems
