📋 Description

• Develop and operate Storm's marketing engine with an AI-first approach.

• Take ownership of the source-of-truth context layer that enhances AI output quality.

• Transform senior-level insights into public expertise.

• Generate and oversee the creative assets that convey the narrative.

• Manage the rebranding and website content.

• Lead the article and SEO strategy.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis.

• Assist outreach campaigns through contact research, campaign lists, and draft outreach materials.

• Integrate quality assurance into every workflow.

• Continuously assess and refine your own workflows.

• Monitor what performs well in commercial terms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional writing and editing skills.

• A keen eye for design and visual storytelling.

• Relevant experience, substantial project work, or clear self-initiated evidence in marketing, editorial, content, communications, or related fields.

• Solid understanding of AI tools coupled with a strong intuition for the rapidly evolving landscape.

• Proven ability to create AI-assisted workflows, prompt or skill libraries, knowledge bases, or automations that are usable by others.

• Practical knowledge of prompt and agent configuration, context design, and lightweight technical systems.

• Sound judgement regarding tone, quality, accuracy, and the appropriateness of published content.

• A passion for understanding how marketing facilitates relationship-driven sales.
