Senior Dental Appointment Setter – Virtual Receptionist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage both warm inbound and outbound calls from patients.

• Promptly reach out to new leads following their inquiry submissions.

• Accurately schedule and confirm patient appointments.

• Conduct regular follow-up calls for leads and current patients.

• Offer professional virtual receptionist and front desk assistance.

• Respond to scheduling and patient-related inquiries with professionalism.

• Maintain precise CRM notes, call logs, and updates on appointments.

• Adhere to internal workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and communication protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of substantial experience in appointment setting, virtual reception, customer service, patient coordination, or high-volume phone support roles.

• Strong conversational English proficiency with a clear and neutral American accent is essential.

• Exceptional listening skills, ability to build rapport, and multitasking capabilities.

• Experience in managing scheduling, lead follow-ups, CRM updates, and administrative tasks with minimal oversight.

• Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and customer service orientation in a fast-paced environment.

• High reliability, responsiveness, and professionalism in patient interactions.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and communication platforms like GoHighLevel (GHL) is required.

• Previous experience in dental or healthcare settings is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Comfortable with following scripts in a natural and professional manner.

• Proficient in high-volume outbound calls and lead qualification, with the ability to educate and establish trust, preferably with a sales background.
