This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee all incoming leads and customer inquiries through phone, text, and CRM (Housecall Pro)
• Promptly respond to new inquiries and follow up with prospective customers
• Arrange appointments and handle booking coordination
• Deliver clear, friendly, and professional communication with customers
• Transform incoming leads into scheduled services by utilizing consultative sales techniques
• Promote recurring service plans (monthly, quarterly, biannual) as well as one-time cleaning services
• Implement a quarterly-first sales strategy with strategic downselling when necessary
• Keep precise CRM records for all customer interactions and job details
• Proficient in English with clear, neutral, and professional verbal communication skills
• Background in phone-based sales, inbound closing, or appointment scheduling
• Comfortable using CRM systems (Housecall Pro or similar)
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple customer conversations
