This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Investigate potential leads to identify qualified prospects that fit the target audience and ideal customer profile.
• Continuously refine and maintain lead lists based on ongoing research to ensure outreach strategies are focused and effective.
• Engage prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team through outreach via email, phone, and text.
• Execute regular follow-up outreach to confirm appointments and sustain ongoing engagement with prospects.
• Organize and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring that all meetings are well-structured with comprehensive details provided in advance.
• Dispatch timely reminders and pertinent information to both the prospect and the sales team before each scheduled appointment.
• Keep lead and prospect information updated in the CRM system, ensuring precise and current tracking of all interactions.
• Proactively manage your calendar to guarantee timely follow-ups and prevent missed appointments or scheduling gaps.
• 0–2 years of experience in appointment setting, customer outreach, or a related field.
• Experience with high-volume outreach via email, phone, or text is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking workflows is beneficial.
• Proven ability to manage and refine lead lists with a focus on prospect qualification.
• Performance-based commission structure
