This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in evaluating blueprints and technical specifications to grasp project requirements.
• Aid in contract development by drafting proposals and agreements for roofing projects.
• Employ relevant roofing software and tools to enhance project planning, management, and documentation.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for roofing consultations with prospective clients.
• Address customer inquiries about services, pricing, and project timelines through phone, email, or chat.
• Effectively communicate with project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Investigate roofing materials, industry standards, and regulations to remain knowledgeable about best practices.
• Create reports, summaries, and cost breakdowns to facilitate project tracking and decision-making.
• Engage in training sessions to improve skills in roofing estimation, customer service, and project planning.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, engineering, business management, or a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of demonstrated work experience in customer service, construction, real estate, or sales-related roles or similar fields.
• Recent graduates from engineering programs are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in customer service, lead generation, appointment setting, and outbound/inbound calls is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operating hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and Google applications.
• Basic understanding of blueprint reading and construction software is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for lead management and follow-ups.
• Knowledge of estimation software (e.g., Xactimate, Hover, AccuLynx) is a benefit.
• Ideally, experience in the BPO/Real Estate industry.
