This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Conducting research to identify potential client companies
• Developing and sustaining a pipeline of targeted accounts
• Making a high volume of outbound cold calls on a daily basis
• Engaging with senior decision-makers such as CEOs, Founders, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Operations Directors
• Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments
• Following up with prospects through various touchpoints
• Keeping accurate records in the CRM and maintaining activity logs
• Regularly meeting activity, pipeline, and appointment-setting objectives
• Demonstrated experience in B2B cold calling and setting appointments
• Strong skills in lead generation and prospecting
• Ability to independently source and compile prospect lists
• Exceptional communication and telephone skills
• Resilient, persistent, and able to handle rejection comfortably
• Self-driven, organized, and focused on targets
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• A reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup
