This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team responsible for the development and implementation of the demand signal for a BOT segment within the Materials Management Organization.
• Oversee the exchange of information among regions, finance, product management, fleet management, and supply pillars to manage the demand signal from both tactical and strategic viewpoints.
• Ensure that ERP systems and tools are current and accurately reflect the existing demand signal.
• Cultivate relationships with supply pillars to proactively identify and address issues related to effective business planning.
• Execute and enhance NCP DMR Processes, Mega Deal reviews, and Advance releases, collaborating with regional ITRs, supply, and purchasing teams.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of accountability, precision, and proactive problem-solving.
• Serve as the primary contact for inquiries and escalations regarding segment demand signals to support efficient decision-making in the business planning process.
• Create consolidated forecasts at the part family level within the Gas Power sector.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and drive process improvements to optimize inventory and fulfillment within the segment.
• Maintain data integrity across the parts health dashboard and ensure demand accuracy across TIL and Obsolescence.
• Collaborate with COEs for timely demand placement, STD BOM creation, and outage escalation management.
• Establish QDIP Daily Management and identify as well as implement lean actions to enhance standard work and KPIs.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Over 5 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
• At least 2 years of experience specifically in material planning or scheduling functions.
• Ability to lead, manage, and communicate effectively with all business levels.
• Proven track record in people leadership, including coaching and enhancing team performance.
• Demonstrated experience applying Lean/Kaizen methodologies to improve complex business processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear and concise executive briefings.
• In-depth financial and data analysis skills along with financial planning expertise.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of Commercial and Supply Chain processes.
• Proficiency in Demantra/Nex.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle/Pmax).
• Process-oriented with exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a cross-functional team environment.
• Demonstrated capability to make decisions with incomplete and ambiguous information.
• Experience in CAP or process improvement.
• Strong expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced forecasting/data visualization tools.
• Proven success in working within a matrix organization.
• Successful track record in leading and implementing system changes and simplifications – a Fastworks advocate.
