
Senior Demand Generation Specialist β SAP Business Suite

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Create demand with a primary focus on acquiring new logos throughout the entire SAP Business Suite.
β’ Engage with and assess new prospective customers, delivering high-quality, BANT-qualified leads to the sales team.
β’ Formulate independent, targeted demand-generation strategies aimed at acquiring new logos within the context of the SAP Business Suite.
β’ Convert the Business Suite value proposition into actionable campaigns across various solution areas, including S/4HANA Public Cloud, BTP, SAC, CX, SuccessFactors, and Concur.
β’ Implement account-based demand initiatives for defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and work closely with Hunters and Sales Operations.
β’ Assess leads and opportunities based on BANT criteria and transfer sales-ready leads to the sales organization.
β’ Leverage tools such as Dealfront, LinkedIn, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms to ensure consistent pipeline contributions and enhance conversion rates.
β’ A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in demand generation within the SAP ecosystem, ideally showing tangible pipeline impact in a B2B enterprise setting.
β’ A solid understanding of the SAP Business Suite and experience with solutions such as SAP Public Cloud, BTP, SAC, CX, SuccessFactors, or Concur.
β’ Experience in structured lead qualification (e.g., BANT) and a strong focus on building new-logo pipelines.
β’ A hunter mentality paired with a high degree of ownership, creativity, performance-driven orientation, and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
β’ Proficiency in German (C1 or higher) and English (B2 or higher).
