This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Ownership of Demand & Funnel: You will develop, combine, and manage our cross-channel demand strategy (Paid, Owned, Earned) with a clear focus on pipeline, ICP, funnel logic, and revenue.
• CRM & HubSpot: You will be responsible for the establishment and enhancement of our CRM structure in HubSpot, including data model, lifecycle, automation, and governance.
• Lead Management & Routing: You will ensure that leads are properly qualified, accurately routed, and efficiently handed over to sales.
• Campaigns & Performance: You will design and optimize funnel-based campaigns (including ABM, nurturing, and performance marketing) along clearly defined ICPs.
• Sales Alignment: You will closely collaborate with sales to continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and cooperation throughout the funnel.
• Data & Reporting: You will create transparency regarding funnel, performance, and data quality, and develop reporting structures that enable effective management.
• Process & System Optimization: You will identify bottlenecks in the funnel and develop scalable solutions, from processes to automation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: You will work closely with sales, product, the creative office, and external partners, with a pragmatic approach focused on impact.
• You have several years of experience (approximately 4+ years) in B2B demand generation, preferably in a high-growth environment.
• You have built or further developed CRM systems such as HubSpot, including lifecycle, automation, and data structure.
• You have established or significantly improved demand structures, with measurable impacts on pipeline and growth.
• You have experience in managing cross-channel campaigns and understand performance marketing (e.g., LinkedIn Ads).
• You can analyze funnels and actively manage them along clear KPIs and stages.
• You have experience with ABM, nurturing, and segment-based communication.
• You work confidently with data, ensuring high data quality and clear CRM structures.
• You are accustomed to working closely with sales, integrating marketing and sales processes.
• You strategically utilize AI to enhance speed, quality, and scalability.
