Senior Demand Generation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Pipeline ownership: You will take responsibility for the marketing-generated pipeline (beyond just leads) and enhance the customer journey from the initial touchpoint to the demo stage.

• Build the engine: You will design and implement multi-channel campaigns (including paid, organic, and outbound support) while translating our positioning into scalable campaign frameworks.

• Funnel optimization: You will identify and address gaps in the funnel — from content to interest, interest to conversion, and conversion to demo.

• Messaging & assets: You will create and refine landing pages, messaging, and conversion assets to consistently enhance demo quality.

• Performance transparency: You will define and track essential metrics such as pipeline contribution, cost per opportunity, and conversion rates throughout the entire funnel.

• Strategic execution: You will convert our vision of an “AI-driven commercial operating system” into compelling offers and hooks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: You possess over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation and have successfully built or scaled a pipeline engine.

• Analytical mindset: You approach marketing with a funnel perspective rather than isolated campaigns, emphasizing revenue impact over vanity metrics.

• Hands-on mentality: You are adept at transitioning between strategic planning and practical execution.

• Market understanding: You have experience with ICP-driven marketing (targeting SMB / mid-market) and a solid grasp of complex sales cycles.

• Language skills: You are proficient in both German and English, allowing for confident communication.
