Senior Delivery Manager – German Language

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

• Lead Delivery from Start to Finish: Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of IT services and projects, encompassing planning, execution, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Foster Client Success: Cultivate trusted relationships, comprehend business requirements, and pinpoint opportunities for additional services or solutions.

• Manage Financials & Contracts: Oversee budgets, forecasts, and contracts, ensuring delivery that is both profitable and compliant.

• Inspire and Lead Teams: Guide, mentor, and energize cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration.

• Advocate for Traceable & Scalable Processes: Establish project management best practices, guaranteeing visibility, efficiency, and repeatable success.

• Innovate and Expand: Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset, suggesting new methods to enhance delivery models, improve client outcomes, and amplify business impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in leading IT service delivery in client-facing positions.

• Preferred certifications include PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent.

• Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to identify opportunities and take action.

• Strategic thinker with a strong operational focus.

• Client-centric and driven by results.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in English and German is essential.
